LF tips/suggestions about my Major Ranked Losing Streak

Recently, I was so proud of myself. Climbing to a rank i've never been, Gold 4. I know it's not high but I was so happy because I was climbing very well, was up to 60 lp (had like a 58% win rate). However; I went on this major losing streak, I felt i was playing good in probably 70% of the losses, but in 6 of the games there was AFKS or bard supports with dark harvest and smite inting, I kept getting really bad teams and I think the tilt just made me start playing poorly, I seem to be in this slump and I cant manage to pull a win.

Any tips or suggestions? (I main adc and ww jg)
