Is there a benefit to buying into snowdown early vs later?
It seems all my snowdown loot is remaining and doesn't tick down or anything.
Should I buy now or can it wait a week or two without a problem?

If you don' tmean the pass (which gives you missions and per game rewards), then the snowdown stuff lasts until early jan I believe.
Arguably, you could get more if you buy the battle pass, after having ground out a fair amount of games to accumulate tokens from your stash. For example, after completing a good portion of the nexus blitz missions, I've accumulated about 210 tokens so far.
