This data is skewed. Nobody even plays HoTS so there's no way he's been banned in that many games in such a small time period.

Yea fenix is broken as fuck right now.

Hes faster than most champions, has a teleport, a regening shield, one of the highest ranges, does splash max HP damage, has a global ult that has 0 travel time, hits like a truck with just basic attacks and can run and deal damage at the same time.
