Returning after a few patches of not playing

I left in 8.11 with alot of other people cause this game was basicly unplayable because of how screwed the game is at this point, when i come back i bugsplat about 4 games in a row and get a game leaver 20 minute que even though i finished those games, if my friend could run hots i actually wouldnt even be trying this game again but it dosent help when i cant play without 1st bugsplating just as the game loads and 2nd having to deal with a difinitive 20 minute que... this and my current opinion on the meta is not helping me want to play or even try to play this game. now i have a request of can something be done about both the bugsplats and the 20 minute que im stuck with? if my team dosent int enough to do it this basicly is killer
