before game lobby timer please?

ok so theres always someone that calls their role before anyone loads in or someone loads in late and calls something that someoine already called, my idea is to have a 5second timer or something of the sort to where no one can type in lobby chat after the first person loads in. i keep getting support cause some first timer takes jg, then i call top... thats taken, mid... thats taken and this caitlyn auto locked so... yea.

also randomly i see people dodge just because of a fight over who called what first, then theres alot of copy/ paste logs kinda just rollin in, everyones chat looks diffrent yea a piss off all around.
