I have been wanting the frozen shen skin for months now and he never has it available anyone knows why I would pay top dollar for the skin if it came out for 3000RP I would do it. Someone, please let me know why I can't find it.[zombie-nunu-tears]

i got mine in a chest and the yellow jacket in the snowdown shop last year [sg-ezreal] all in time friend.

also if you play the champ enough and buy all the other skins it raises the chance of getting his skins in the snowdown shops every year
