Volibear Visual update or rework?

Are there any plans for Volibear? I love the guy but he cant really ingage and when he does he gets Kited so much. Also what about a snowday skin, he is a polar bear. Also yes his e got a little better but again he cant really ingage for him team unless he uses flash and after ornn came i thought the thousand piece bear was getting a update on his look because honestly his lore doesnt match his look as much as i thought it would and ornns lore doesnt match the way he looks.
