I never heard of the CSS financial aid form before.

You'd think that the transfer advisers in my current school or for the ones I'm applying to would tell me of its existence, but nope I only figured it out AFTER I submitted my application when I checked their application portal website. Here's the kicker: two of the colleges I'm applying for have already passed their priority deadline, meaning I won't be considered for their aid until they go through the applicants that submitted it on time. I wouldn't have found out about this on time regardless because I couldn't submit my packet until the 15th, aka the deadline, because one of my recommendations kept waiting until the last day even after multiple emails and in person reminders. This really sucks. I'll call the colleges and explain to them that I never known of this and maybe they'll take mercy on me, but I doubt it.
