This icon looks like a bottle of snot, and it has heavily nerfed this item beyond use.

I feel unclean drinking this bubbling vial of mucus.

I liked the old icon. At least back then bead was lime and refillable was dark green. Now they're both lime

by the way, look at this:

item 1416 item 1401 item 1402 item 1400 item 1418 item 1409 item 1410 item 1408 item 1419 item 1413 item 1414 item 1412

what's the difference? is a big one on stats and trade patterns wise. but in colours and icons, i just can't see the difference.

If they changed item 2031 just because it looks like item 1006 and item 2032 or item 2033 then I must Ask: fix those Jungles items please.

P.S.: serious riot, if you wanna play the consistence and clarity game, play it serious. by the way, why the Solo-Q bans need to be so different from Pro play bans? the idea was not to "feel the same game"? so why it has to be like that?

In Game 2 of EEW vs SKT, at 5:43, Cepted buys item 1006 , then immediately undoes it, and buys item 2031 instead. IMO, the new one looks closer to rejuv bead's color than before, and it is obviously (at least to me) a recycled icon, as Riot doesn't make things look that bad anymore.

i've seen it countless times, remember a lot of ppl have smaller screens or lower resolutions so things aren't so clear

i've seen items for 2+ years before i knew wtf the picture even was and even then its cuz i saw it on boards or somewhere outside of game

saw a vid on youtube where someone didn't even know raptors cloak was a cloak, they thought it was a tuft of hair, and honestly, so did i item 2053 i mean, it does look like you cut someones pony tail, snapped a pic n went, boom, thumbnail

so with this taken into consideration and the amount of times people have cried about it, it not only made sense to change it, but it was also simple.

the real questionable thing here is; how is this topic not in memes and games? cuz it's a joke (sting percussion)

To be fair, being colorblind is a huge advantage in this situation. You're looking for shape specific, which is largely our secondary means on the fly. One of my best friends in life is colorblind and the things she can see are sometimes amazing.

I've noticed that i have a fine sense of detail when it comes to shape and non color details such as texture of material, reflective/unreflective, and things like that, so sure. Either way, the old icon was fine. the new one is just new.

To be fair, i've seen players mistake rejuvenation bead and refillable potion so much the past two months i'm more than happy with the change. It just feels wrong to win lane against someone that bought the item and got killed because of it.

I especially remember seeing a Twitch jungle with it. He was pressured into ganking top with 40% HP, and the gank (and subsequently, Riven's lane) would have gone very differently had he been at 60-70% HP instead.
