Farm bot Plague

i have encountered over 100 players running farm bots in the month of February in ARAM games. nearly every game I have played has had at least 1 farm bot in it, though as many as 3 per a team is fairly common. People join lobby and ask who is human its so bad

you can tell bots by 5 traits: First, they have ghost and heal. these are the beginer spells and the bot doesnt know to change them. they also never use custom runes or skins

Second, they never talk or respond, ping or respond to pings. old bots said "push" randomly to avoid the bot finding tool, new ones dont for some reason.

third, they wont move till minions do, then they follow minion wave. they will attack nearby targets, but often glitch out casting spells at nothing while standing still.

fourth, they feed. HARD.

fifth, they buy nonsense items. like buying 3 armour items when all 5 opponents are AP.

So whats RIOT doing about this? has anyone heard about efforts to fix this? last night I lost 3 games in a row where 2 or 3 of the 5 players werent human. getting really old dealing with this cheesy BS
