How to get to lvl 30 fast

Buy a boost for 3 days and 2 50 win xp boosts. ONLY PLAY BOTS INTERMEDIATE!!! Try to make the game last longer than 20 minutes. Pvp is bs and if you are not lvl 30 you will more than likely lose. If you aren't even lvl 20 to get tier 3 runes then you will more than likely lose. People who played for a while are in pvp and you running in there, Whether you are new or not doesn't truly matter since they have more damage output than you. If they know their champ then you will be at a disadvantage. So just play bots. repeatedly till 30. Get a full rune page and masteries.
