Game Breaking Logic?

So. I have but a simple quick question. If a champion building a certain way, going into a certain lane, with certain spells, masteries, and runes, manages to get into diamond division by breaking what is considered the "meta". Should he be congratulated or should the meta be re-worked? Example Lane: Top Champion: Twisted Fate Runes: Attack speed ALL OF IT!!! Masteries: 18 Ferocity 12 Cunning Items: Spells:
