You mean those "little" painful moments or those big ones that you remember for Months? Ill just answer both:
Little ones:
- Feeling that the Synergy between Me and my Bot Lane Partner isnt there (ADC/Supp Main btw).
- Wondering if the Enemy does Dragon to hear it die in that exact Moment
- When your Laner dies during my Gank
- Feeding hard on one of my Main Champions, making me question if i really am able to play it correctly or am just attached
big one: I once got flamed so hard as Shaco Jungle for doing bad, that i just agreed to everything whilst feeling completly worthless. Like, actually worthless as a Human being. Played the Game to the End, didnt even have the Power to report because they were still flaming, close the Game and went to Bed. Haven´t played Shaco for at least 3 Month after that since he was to much tied to the Pain i had back there.
Thinking back I wonder why I didnt just mute, but i was rather new (around 7 Months into, joined around Season 3.5) and was also rather new into knowing All Chat even exists. Its still my worst Memory LoL wise tho.
To chance the Mood of my Comment a bit, I enjoy/enjoyed at least 85% of my Games, 100% love Lore and Champs in General and honestly believe Riot is the Best Gaming Company Player-Interaction wise

Failing a gank and also dying to whomever I was trying to gank. Also, being invaded by the enemy laners. Not even the jungler. The laners.
When I'm playing Taric who I have about 650k mastery on and people spam ping my build (tear) if I'm having a bad game even though they most likely don't even know what Taric's abilities do.
The classic: Team opts to dive fountain instead of killing the open Nexus, throws 1-4 deaths while you're the only guy actually trying to win the game, enemy aces you and comes back to win.
Honestly, kinda makes me wish there was a force field preventing entry by the enemy team around the fountain. Diving it can be a fun and goofy thing to cap a game off with, but so many people wildly miscalculate when diving the fountain is appropriate or possible.
When someone pulls/flip/knockback a burst diver/cc tank into our adc, giving them a free gap closer to 100-0 our adc.
Getting flamed for being a Yasuo main. I like to think I’m a nice guy, and don’t fit the meme/mold of “toxic af yas main/feeder.” But it REALLY sucks when I have a bad game because I just get shit talked mercilessly, especially since I have mastery 7 and a bunch of xp on him. I’ve legit closed my laptop and felt really bad after a loss lol
Dealing with mobile champions when you're immobile. It makes you feel terrible knowing that it's less about outplaying them and more about them making a mistake.
My most painful experience was trying to learn Syndra after I had not played her for a few seasons and laning against Azir.
Just the mention of Shurima haunts me to this day.
When enemy flashes mastery/BM when they kill me with the help of their jungler.

Multiple people have that "im gonna fight everything i see and if the team isnt there to back me up I'll just flame and learn nothing" mindset. And they're never near each other so babysitting isn't feasible.
watching an autofilled support play. they play like bots. no wonder everyone thinks supp is bad. no one can play it.
When I'm playing Zoe and doing okay in lane but my ADC is 0/3 at 5 minutes and I know at this point it's going to be a much rougher game than I thought

Playing top lane in itself is painful. You can be 8/0 and still lose because your bot lane gets 2v2'd and ends up 0/10 by the time the lane phase is over.

I'm a support main and some of my most painful moments is just currently the "gank bot lane meta" for the past season or two. The game is being decided by my lane so it becomes a total fiesta constantly throughout the laning phase with constant ganks or TPs just so people can shut bot lane down so they can win the game.
The most painful memory for me in league in general was poppy's rework. I loved her old ult. Being able to tank a tower for 6 seconds and take zero damage was an amazing way to help snowball an adc as a support.
As for in game it's just people bming with taunts and emotes in general.
when my allies refuse to assist me in a lane where im getting absolutely destroyed, and then later act all surprised when the enemy laner is way ahead and super strong and proceed to spam "report x for feeding"
When ur team is at their nexus but decides not to end, and then the enemy team makes a comeback and wins
When my ADC asks me "Who should I be?" and I tell them "Be Ezreal" and then they select Ezreal but at the last second they switch to Vayne and lock in. Cock teases are the worst :(
Troll duos who gang up and flame teammates all game and act like they didn't do a thing then accuse you of being toxic.
When you're genuinely trying yo save your teammate but they flame you for a missed skillshot or something.
That, or the realization that you cannot play a certain role for the life of you

Every time my team makes a bad baron call and I ping them not to but they all commit so I do too...and we end up dying and/or getting baron stolen.
