Usually it takes about a second to switch of client with other apps for me, but now it stays on black screen for like 3 seconds and then switch. And sometimes it alt+tab to desktop by itself for no reason. Anyone have same issues after patch??
There was a recent Windows update which was the problem for me from the looks of it (the Windows update was a few days before the patch).
What fixed it for me was finding your "Focus Assist" settings on your computer and turning EVERYTHING related to it off, even if the feature itself seems to be disabled.
Not sure if it's the same thing causing your problem, but it worked for me and one of my friends.
If you are fullscreen mode, yes I've experienced 5-30 second black screens. Go to windowless mode for very similar functionality

Hasn't been slower but has bug splatted while alt tabbing quite a few times.

A temporary fix would be to switch the game from fullscreen to borderless windowed. Do know that it can have a very minor effect on your computer's performance if your computer already has trouble running LoL.
Not super slow on my beast of a machine, but I did wonder why this thing was taking so long.
I also got demon split-screen again. I haven't seen that for a year.
