Can I get refund and say "fk riot"

Yesterday finally I had money to buy RP. I recharged 200 dollers and try to buy the 6250 pack with worlds 2019 500 token. After I bought 2 the shop told me one day only buy 2. Then today finished I can't buy anymore. Why you don't show me I can only buy twice in one day before I bought. Why don't show the finished time in the shop and I can't find the finished time anywhere. Now I had only 1950 token and I can't KAI'SA skin. I don't want anyothers. Can I get refund of my money ? If no, FK you riot, no more money.

You should submit a support ticket for this if you really want to get help on it. I'm not sure what the link is for your first language is so I won't provide one, but customer service will be able to help you far more than the community can. Cheers and good luck!
