My account has been permanently suspended for using 3rd party program. I haven't used them.

Hi guys, I've been permanently banned yesterday morning for the usage of 3rd party programs. I haven't played on the account for 10 days, because i am on a vacation currently. I tried to login, just to see what rank are my friends, and suddenly a message popped up saying that i should view the email associated with the account. I read the message and it says that i am using 3rd party programs. Without a single warning my account got banned and I haven't even used 3rd part programs besides MKJogo that i have deleted a long time ago. Three/Four months ago they sent me a message on my email saying that i should delete MKJogo. I've done it. A few days later they said that the usage of MKJogo is still active and they said that i should try to remove it with CCleaner or by reinstalling my operating system(wtf?). I've done it with CCleaner and it isn't on my computer anymore. I contacted Riot and they said that i am using 3rd party programs and that they can't share what they have found. I mean, to get banned without a warning, without information on what kind of 3rd party programs have you used...is just not fair. I have invested a lot of effort, money and time on that account. It's current rank is Gold 2. Tried to reach Platinum. I have an another "smurf account" that i use when i play with a friend who is low level. Somehow, that account hasn't been banned for using 3rd party programs. Any help? Or can i get the account unbanned by "reinstalling my operating system"? Programs that i used while playing: 1)Curse Voice 2)Skype 3)SkinSpotlightsReplays NOTE THAT I HAVE INSTANTLY DELETED MKJOGO AFTER I RECEIVED THE EMAIL FROM RIOT ABOUT MK. (4 MONTHS AGO)

Good luck with your efforts man. What i've learned in my time of trying to contact customer support is to just post "I have a dream" speech after my response. Maybe it's character count?

It's the automated banning system that riot uses. Send them support tickets until they reveal the cause...if there is a cause.

Why Riot can't just tell which unallowed 3rd party programs did we use? This is just stupid, it's like being accused and punished for stealing something, but they never give you information what, where and when you purposedly stole. For fuck's sake, if somebody gets banned, he should now EXACTLY why.

Classic Rito support not giving out critical information. Just keep pestering them and this will probably get cleared up. Might take a while to get to the behavioral analyst dept through support but if you keep responding to the bot emails that they send when they update the ticket you'll get through eventually.

Also reinstall the operating system??? You know, I'm pretty sure strapping the hard drive to a nuclear warhead and detonating it would also remove those pesky 3rd part programs. Just a thought for you guys over at Rito support.

if you're using W10, I suggest ALSO looking into your %appdata% folder too.

Locallow and roaming for examples...files and folders do get left behind in there. Also the program files sometimes keeps the empty folder(s?) from old installs.

CCleaner does a fine job, but there's an addon for CCleaner that tears through a ton of other programs/files. It'll even remove old Riot REDlogs and dated patches if I'm not mistaken on that. (ccleaner w/addon, that is...)

I honestly hope support does find the error is on their side, not yours. You took the steps they asked and removed the program, right?

maybe you just missed out on that tiny bit of housework.

you could also try a registry cleaner, like EUSING FREE registry cleaner as that will also locate entries no longer needed that CCleaner misses.

you are probably not getting the account back. You installed MKJogo on your system and now are paying the price for it. You can try to email and say that you removed MKJogo after the emails you got, but i dobut riot will care.

The fact that MKJogo does not uninstall shows how much you been comprising your computer anyways.

Why do people install things that interact with riots software? Nothing but risks are being taken.

same, i have another account and i don't know who did it, RIot banned it and send me email that i used 3rd party program while i never use it in my account. i send them email and they said that's my bussiness cuz i didnt protect my account. FUK that

Curse voice is not legal...

BECAUSE people who are not premade can use it gaining unfair advantage. Premades normaly get harder enemies

It happened to my friend also MasniMax1 he hasn't used scripts or 3rd part programs, is this a bug??

I hope it gets resolved for you but you comments don't make sense. "Without a single warning". They sent you an email warning you to remove software. Then they sent a SECOND warning a few days later saying you should do so w/ ccleaner or reinstalling the os. So you did get 2 warnings. Also, you can't say I didn't use 3rd party programs "besides"........ Right there you admitted to using 3rd party software. It is good you tried to remove it but you still broke ToS by using 3rd party software. Again, I hope it gets resolved. If it doesn't, I hope you and others can learn from your mistake(s). Good luck!

SkinSpotlightsReplays and Curse are both third party programs, mind you. They interfere with the game (curse showing everyone's stats, SSR showing replays which was not something the devs designed) and can create an unfair advantage.
