Curious what the damage to objectives was, and vision score. Still seems odd that you did not get an S atleast.
Yes. Because mastery score is based on the average performance players in the region. If you're playing an extremely strong champion like Vladimir, it's going to be much harder to get an S or S+, as it should be.
The same if not slightly worse performance on a weaker champion, Ryze for example, would result in an easy S+.
The reason you did not get higher than an S is because your CS is lacking. 134 in a 24 minute game is what most likely led to the S- instead of a regular S.
CS plays a major part in determining your score. You could have 200 CS in 15 minutes and get an S if you're 3-0.
