Imagine your home is being burglarized by someone in a wheelchair
Like you're sleeping and you're suddently awoken by noise in your house, you go to investigate and you see a dude dressed all in black & wearing a balaclava sitting in a wheelchair (doesn't matter if the only accesses to your house are elevated or there's a huge flight of stairs or literally no way to fit an open wheelchair through any entrance) he's looking at you threateningly wielding a small Pocket knife or maybe a crowbar or even a baseball bat and who knows, maybe there's a strapped firearm resting on the back of his chair too
