Anybody Here Ever Watched Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu: Die Neue These - Kaikou?

The 2018 remake of Legend of the Galactic Heroes was really well done. It felt like a mix of Code Geass + Aldnoah.Zero. I think I'll watch the original (110 episodes) this weekend on top of brushing up on quantum singularity cause a Russian buddy of mines who I met while at work this week schooled me on it.
