All essence/RP missing. Cant Que Ranked

I logged in today and it shows I have 0 blue essence, and 0 RP. It won't allow me to Que ranked because it states I require more than 20 champs even though I own all the champs in the game. Wtf?

usually relogging fixes it

Same thing happened to me. Relogging doesn't do anything. Nothing seems to be working. It's not just on this account, it's on all four of my League accounts. Uninstalled and deleted all pertaining files and it has done nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this issue??
