All RP/blue essence missing. Cant Que ranked. All mastery pages gone.

I logged in today and it shows I have 0 blue essence, and 0 RP. It won't allow me to Que ranked because it states I require more than 20 champs even though I own all the champs in the game. And all my rune pages are gone.
