Riot support staff being so rude and disrispectful
I ask them for simple info because I feel like nothing has change, yet they refuse to even reply and just close the ticket

I mean, why should they give you a detailed report? I'm pretty damn sure the riot support workers have 0 idea about gameplay changes on matchmaking etc

This is like if I go into a steakhouse and try to order scrambled eggs and pancakes. They're going to ignore me and tell me to leave.
Thats not a support ticket topic. That is not even an issue that can be remediated by a tech team or support service member. This is you wasting their time and then coming to the forums complaining becuase they closed an erroneous ticket. You just showed up to a car mechanic and demanded that they provide a thorough report on how the company engineers have maximized the fuel efficiency of a certain make of car for the current year, and got mad becuase it wasnt their job nor did they have the required information and therefore turned you away. There are probably hundreds if not thousands of tickets generated a day (im pretty sure it has to be thousands and thousands due to the size of LOL), you cant expect to be catered to when you are utilizing the wrong avinue to obtain a vague result among a bulk invoice of legitimate issues.

Yes, Riot does a lot of Derpy or annoying things, however, it is still a free to play game that you are not forced to play. If you absolutely needed a detailed report, you could probably find all or majority of the info online. They put patch notes/ people on sites like Reddit post info all the damn time on what Riot is doing. Your question is not something that should have even been posted to a support ticket, thats for things like your account being locked or skins/ rp not being registered, etc...Not for questions like," WHAT HAVE YOU PEOPLE BEEN DOING"? So, unless you are someone who has stakes or investments in the company, which obviously you are not, you are just an entitled nobody trying to get attention and prove something. If you don't like what they do or don't do, then the logical thing to do is to not play their game.. You're probably the type of player that AFK's if the jungler doesn't gank you right away. You didn't ask though... You just rudely demanded like you were in charge. Why should you get respect back? Try something like"hey, I was curious what was changed with matchmaking this season. Would you mind making me a short list of changes so I can understand it better?" Like they are human and no one wants to open a request where someone is being rude to them because they work in that company. It's not like the riot support person even contributed to your "problem"
Logged in just to downvote. You don't understand that you are asking support to compile a large amount of info just because you want to see it? That's like walking into a store and demanding the customer service desk give you a detailed report on all of the changes they did to the store because "you aren't doing it right".
Pretty blatant misuse of the ticket system. There is no team to assign that to, I'm sure, which is probably one reason they just ignored you
the matchmaking didn't change the game just aged and that's not being accounted for. old players came back new players came in accounts got bought accounts got sold boosting occurred, albeit this one can't ever be policed effectively so whatever.
Totally agree with you Riot Games has no answer because they havnt done anything to improve it. Shame on you Riot!
