Except that you didn't ask a question. You demanded information. There's a pretty big difference And if you go to a clothes shop to ask a question about cars for example, what are they supposed to answer? I'm pretty damn sure that the player support team isn't involved with the gameplay changes etc, so where would they get information like that? They most likely haven't even changed anything, so you just want an answer from them where they tell you that they a) don't have the information b) haven't made any changes or c) can't give information like that to normal players They have better and more important things to do than to answer to your demands

What category did you even use to "ask" that question? I'm pretty sure there isn't a "i want a detailed report on X and Y gameplay and system changes"

And yes, they do have better things to do than answer to your demands If they don't have the info you're demanding for, are they supposed to give you a long ass reply when they can just close the ticket and move to the next case? Knowing all gameplay changes, especially something as big as matchmaking changes definitely isn't in their job description. It's their job to answer players' questions. You have categories for the question, and the support staff can answer most questions that fit those categories. Your demand doesn't fit any of those They most likely haven't even changed anything regarding the matchmaking Tbh they don't even have to give you that report. You're demanding for something you have no right to This is literally the same thing if you went to a shop help desk, and demanded them to give you a detailed report of all of the sellers and specific locations they are buying from and the changes to those etc. Ain't gonna happen

Thats not a support ticket topic. That is not even an issue that can be remediated by a tech team or support service member. This is you wasting their time and then coming to the forums complaining becuase they closed an erroneous ticket. You just showed up to a car mechanic and demanded that they provide a thorough report on how the company engineers have maximized the fuel efficiency of a certain make of car for the current year, and got mad becuase it wasnt their job nor did they have the required information and therefore turned you away. There are probably hundreds if not thousands of tickets generated a day (im pretty sure it has to be thousands and thousands due to the size of LOL), you cant expect to be catered to when you are utilizing the wrong avinue to obtain a vague result among a bulk invoice of legitimate issues.

Yes, Riot does a lot of Derpy or annoying things, however, it is still a free to play game that you are not forced to play. If you absolutely needed a detailed report, you could probably find all or majority of the info online. They put patch notes/ people on sites like Reddit post info all the damn time on what Riot is doing. Your question is not something that should have even been posted to a support ticket, thats for things like your account being locked or skins/ rp not being registered, etc...Not for questions like," WHAT HAVE YOU PEOPLE BEEN DOING"? So, unless you are someone who has stakes or investments in the company, which obviously you are not, you are just an entitled nobody trying to get attention and prove something. the matchmaking didn't change the game just aged and that's not being accounted for. old players came back new players came in accounts got bought accounts got sold boosting occurred, albeit this one can't ever be policed effectively so whatever.

That's not true at all. They helped me when I sent in a support ticket and they actually treated me like a person instead of some other companies I've had to send support tickets to

Dont worry one day you will mail or ticket them and 3 days later they will still not know what your asking. then a week later your busy with something else entirely and bam... they still haven't helped.
