New player Experience

The experience for new players is honestly terrible. My little brother recently got into league as we had gotten a second computer because our old one was falling apart and that's the one he plays on. But i sometimes pay with him for one or two games but i mainly let him play by himself. He's only been playing for about two or three weeks so he's not that good especially since its on and off play. In the games i played with him the people who were obviously on smurf accounts were being so toxic to him and would've continued to be if i hadn't said something lie he's new get off his case or something like that. They just automatically assume that people are going to be faker when they start or they're trolling if they're doing badly.
