try sona go flash/barrier rush hourglass note even before hour glass you can survive an all in from zed's ult assuming both of are even and you are going towards hourglass you will out trade any zed because of your heal. however you will have to watch out for ganks more you are more susceptible because people see sona and try to take advantage of this also CSing with sona is rather difficult compared to most champs.

So far not only in games i've played against zed (4) and games i've seen other people do it (2) sona is 6-0 against zed. Typically you just end up starving zed of CS forcing him to roam and as long as your team wards and you call out mias this should starve him even more

Grain of salt this is silver 1 - Gold 3 zeds so i cannot say they are amazing most of them think hahaha sona i'll just walk up to her and when they do they realize their mistake a little too late

this is not meant to be a troll be a troll post just being honest in my experiences enemy jungler choices is important in picking this matchup
