Can we decrease the power of bot lane?

I believe they are doing that on Thursday lol, well at the very least slowing bot lane down.

I think if we can get the marksman to be optional, allow other classes to lane bot, and allow marksman to lane in other lanes it would solve a lot of problems.

Although I think more varied support itemization would do wonders, since quite a few of them are just geared toward being extra items for the ADC. If we had more mage/tank/fighter-supportive items, we'd have a lot less power funneled into one class of champion.
