It's actually been about 3 years or so. Anyways, Zyra just got a light rework, which likely temporarily halted skins for her. Also, Zyra is very hard to make skins for because she has so many models that often need entirely new models to be unique enough skins. They basically have to make new for herself and both her different kinds of plants. Doesn't sound like much, but it make skins that much harder. Also, Zyra can't really get another Halloween skin since she already has one and Riot probably wants to avoid duplicate themed skins for the same champion.
I thought it was 4 years already by this point? Either way, it's been too long.
i have a feeling she is going to get one soon but that doesn't mean i wont complain and up vote every thread

Little chance for ultimate skin cause of Elementalist Lux. But Lunar revel is coming and like Katey said : Everything is possible.
Zyra's last skin was released May 5, 2014 = 2 years, 5 months ago.
Viktor hasn't had a skin since Oct 1, 2013 = 3 years ago.
If you're going to pull "time since last skin" there are many in line in front of both of them.
