@Riot - The game is freezing for me on the loading screen and I'm getting penalized for it.

The screen goes black and doesn't allow me to tab out of the game, nothing that I do works. I can't even alt-ctrl-del. This is the second time I've been put in low priority queue for something that isn't my fault.
