@Riot My Account Was Hacked And Permanently Banned!!!

Apparently someone hacked my account that I hadn't played in about 2 weeks and got permanently banned for scripting. I noticed from an email this morning that I thought was spam saying my account had been banned. I thought it was spam but all the Riot info checked out so I went to try and log in to see if it was real and to my surprise it was. I've been playing on another account I created because my MMR was higher on that one and since it was the end of the season I just wanted to get that one plat before it ended. They even changed my name as I can see when I log into the website. My name before was "Chillen" which I would have never changed because I waited about 5 years to get it from an inactive player who had that name. The name they switched it to is "yuh yuhh yuh yuh". I've checked op.gg for the match history of this name and it seems they started playing 2 days ago with a Janna pick in Flex 5 Queue and ended playing a Morgana game in Ranked 5 Queue. Please Riot I've put countless hours and dollars into this account since 2010, I really need this account back and my name if you can. The name really means a lot to me. Now the support site is down and I can't log in to dispute it that's why I'm posting here. Please Help Me.

That really sucks, I hate to say this, but a ticket is the best thing you've got. I hope they do something, because stuff like this ruins peoples lives, especially when they put the time and effort into it. If they don't fix it, let us know and post it in here. We need to save people from riot and their ways.

if you got banned for scripting just today, and the last time you played was 2 weeks ago with the last game played on this account 2 days ago, then that fact is absolutely irrelevant. riot does bans for scripting in waves, so for you to be banned now means it was caught a few months (weeks?) ago.

also rioters rarely actually respond due to the fact that its a public forum and they cant always tend to every matter.

on a side note, spamming the boards with the same thread is against the rules.

Side note that every time that was played, it was a duo with another person.... I don't think I should name that other person on the boards but look at the match history and it's always the adc (well most of the time). Send in ticket and tell riot about that and maybe that will help. Only time they didn't duo was last 2 times But that person ALSO looks hacked because they ALSO had a name chance recently to some dumb name hmmmm....

Same thing just happened to me. I logged on yesterday, found out that for the previous 48 hours someone else had logged on as me and was chatting with other people in SIMPLIFIED CHINESE characters. I'm Taiwanese and abhors simplified characters so that was immediately alarming for me. I went on op.gg and saw that the guy played between 8~10 games on my account. I freaked out a bit, changed my password, and then played one game. I thought that was the end of the ordeal until I logged on today, and got the notice that I'm PERMANENTLY BANNED for using third party app (scripting).

Here's the most frustrating thing, when I try to appear the customer service just blew me off. This is the log of the customer service chat.

Chat started CrazyPing0My account was hacked by some Chinese player (they were typing traditional Chinese to each other). When I logged on yesterday I noticed the hack, and changed my password.

Today when I logged on I found a notice that says my account is permanently banned for using third party apps (scripting). I have never used such app and it is easy to guess the hacker must have used them and got caught. You may review the replays for the last 2~3 days except last 1 or 2 that was played by me.

Please clear the ban. This is an account I've had for over ten years and I've invested money and time into this account. Thank you for your consideration.

I first noticed the hack yesterday, when I logged on and there were unknown people chatting in simplified chinese. I looked in op.gg website and could see the hacker played about 8~10 games on my account.

so with the migraine, make sure you do stretching exercise on your neck and shoulders

most headaches are tension headaches comes from muscle/fascia tension

enough stretching and relaxation exercise makes the headache go away without meds

Cammy WhiteI actually cannot get into details of how we see no signs of compromise or get into what exploits were used or when they were used for that matter. This is due to potentially compromising ongoing investigations.

because of it

the account was hacked since 3 days ago after I last played as Ahri

Lucian/Irelia and on were played by the hacker

I returned to play games just yesterday

one game with ahri

Lucian -> irelia -> irelia -> varus -> lucian -> irelia -> lucian -> kog'maw were all games not played by me

Now if the 3rd party app use happened during one of those games

at least could you let me know so I have peace of mind?
