Tahm Kench is useless but nobody cares because nobody plays him

Tahm kench literally hasnt been touched in forever. The last thing to happen to him was his passive getting stripped, his items for a main off meta build being removed (raptor cloak items), and his damage getting a hard nerf. The only thing needed to bring Tahm Kench back is to give his passive back where he can get stacks on abilities but it will probably never happen because everybody forgot about him as a champion. His whole kit revolves around his stacks yet its literally impossible to get any stack without getting cc'd by any decent top lane champ. Having to land 3 auto attacks in a row without landing 2 and flashing for the 3rd is not going to happen. I encourage anybody to type in Tahm or Kench into the discussion search bar, nobody talks or cares about him anymore, and it needs to be addressed.
