My account is having trouble connecting and staying connected to the client

When I log into my account it says attempting to reconnect for up to 5 minutes and 80% of the time it loads I cant create lobbies, my missions dont show up, the events don't work, hextech item data is missing and I cant message anybody. I finally tried making a new NA account and the game loaded up no problem. I was able to do the tutorials and after logging in several times on that account everything ran smoothly. I then tried my main again and it still did the same thing as before, so it HAS to do with my account and not my client itself.

I have another post talking about the event not working and its also because of this problem, because the event worked fine on the new account.

I've spent over 1700 bucks on league in the last 4 years (yes I might have a problem, besides the point) and I really don't want to have to make a new account just to play the game.
