What does it take to Wake up and Fix certain things that are unhealthy for the game?

Everything started at S5-S6, when tanks slowly began to dominate the game. At first it was not noticeable as much because nobody really loved playing tanks and were focused on bruisers or any damage dealers. Shortly after everything started going downhill. Tanks started dominating on top because Ninja Tabis got buffed which directly hit bruissers hard. Their base damage got increased while their items got cheaper to win a game. Ninja Tabis became the first item for a tank to get and win the lane hard. Why? Will explain shortly after this. With tanks having high base damage, items for tanks were strong and runes made them ''unkillable''. I remember season or two ago, clips surfacing how Tanks like Poppy,Maokai etc. would be 1v5, not die and still 2shot a carry as well as the rest of the team. The healings, the shields were too much. Gap closers couldn't do anything against Poppy or Maokai because of how their abilities would knockback or block engages, as well as give shields,healings with ults that would either knockback again or would create this area when your team wouldn't die or you. Other tanks got noticed too later on.

With all of this, bruisers couldn't deal with tanks because they needed 2 items at least to fight them effectively. Black Cleaver got nerfed by removing damage from it and with this bruisers got pushed even more behind because with Black Cleaver they would have enough damage to fight and with any damage item they wouldn't have armor penetration or shredding. With tanks being this strong and having abilities on a lower cd, bruisers needed Life Steal as well to survive. Later on, fervor the only rune that can damage them got removed and 4 months into new season, Riot, a multibilion international company, the biggest gaming company, can't deliver. Tanks got reworked and buffed with more shields, more cc and even received a buff to buy items on a lane, to push bruisers more into the dirt. Before tanks were just obstacles that you need strategically to avoid to deal damage to a real damage dealer (adc or apc). Nowadays, instead of doing that, you need to watch out for a tank to not 1shot you, instead of watching out for assassin. For toplane Camile,Gp and Fiora are for bruisers/damage dealers maybe only viable ,because of their true damage or their kit.

Assassins got reworked,nerfed because as Riot would say were 'unhealthy for a game, because it's not fair to get one shot and get away with it without an issue'. So Zed got nerfed and got hit hard with his W,R nerf, as well as Stopwatch. LeBlanc doesn't deal damage unless she is really ahead. Katarina is now more fun to play but also, kind of easier to deal with etc. So what happens next you ask? Riot introduces Kayn (an assassin who can also be bruiser) who can go through walls and 1shot you, as well as to go outside of the map. Later on Zoe was introduced,a midlane champion who can one shot from who knows where and stun you over and over for so long.

Supports were before annoying because there was Ardent and were making some adcs really good, and also shield, heal supports were only played but also unkillable for some reason. Now with Ardent gone, the state of the game is like that, that only Hyper ADC can be played to win such as Tristana,Xayah etc. What happened to jungle? Gets nerfed and changed over and over, so tanks are the mostly played there because they provide so much cc and have so much damage early while being super tanky like Zac,Sejuani,Skarner etc. Midlane you ask? Nobody knows what it is good anymore honestly. Midlane isn't played anymore on mid, now everyone just looks to roam bot to get them ahead and win easily or to roam top if enemy is bruiser vs tank, so they can put bruisers behind and win it easily. Taliyah,Asol and hardcore push under turret champions are played.

Tbh, im playing this game for maybe 6 years now and i have never see famous streamers hating on League so much and switching games. So many complains and quitings that is insane. Top challengers hate on the game because 10 champs are played over and over, literally. I was there trust me. And it has become so anti fun, because it's not about skill anymore or outplay but rather who got more meta picks.

This isn't bashing post, but rather 'please wake up already' post. Hopefully you will do something about it and stop doing this illogical moves like this champ gets buffed this patch but nerfed next or assassins nerfed but here is even stronger assassin. Or the fact that you promote skins by buffing champs. Why isn't working on a balance and complains more important? What has gone wrong that in this 3 years i witnessed the state of the game has changed so drastically?

To tell you the truth they hired some competent data miners/statistician to tune the game to milk more money. Balance is blatantly biased towards some sub-select champs that make sales and ones that dont. They also try to be subtle with it with some random nerfs and buffs, so the casual player base would be oblivious to it and keep throwing money in. That is what they have been doing the past years but its more obvious recently.
