Mordekaiser is NOT busted..

I don't understand why people say mordekaiser is busted? He just has good snowball potential even if hes 6 kills behind. He's only sitting at a 56% winrate average (if played more then 5 times) His AOE damage isn't too high, it's punishing all in melee champions, 700 damage isnt too high from a passive? LOOK AT TEEMOS E LIKE COME ON

No but seriously, he needs to be looked at. his ult is fine IMO (yes it's annoying but not completely busted) . but the AOE and MS buff from his passive is broken. Feels like no cool down, and there is absolutely no way to fight with mord in an extended trade. basically you can't all in morde, if you do he can punish you if he hits his E almost every time. Even AA proc his passive, he can basically run you down doing 33% health from his passive alone. doing 300+ early game from literally autoing champions is absurd.

ideally every champion has to have 50% +/- couple of % depending on his difficulty to impact ratio.

Broken champion is not 100%. 55% is already almost broken

People say he is broken because his ult has a long animation, and no one can damage him until his ult is over. That is very over powered. The fact that you can't be damage by enemy players until you come out of an ult is not good. So if you have one person carrying hard, and Mordekaiser keeps them locked up in the team fight with his ult then its going to be a very crappy team fight because your team can't defend the carry once they are in his ult. If you can't see the over power issue there then I feel bad for you.
