Riot's Official Ping test

So many players who play league of legends have problems with ping issues. Most of the time people don't know until they connect to the server to play, and are faced with 300+ ping I think having a ping test as an option in either the settings or somewhere in client would be super beneficial.

Players who are unsure of play ability could run a ping test to their regions servers beforehand.

Nothing feels worse then having a long que time, getting in a game. Then it ending up being 4v5 (literally or metaphorically) and either /ff at 3 minutes or playing out the unfair game.

Let me know what you guys think. I think its a super simple solution too solve a _small _problem that waste A LOT of time.
