Well he wasn't wrong at all but he was very hotheaded and very hostile to everything. He didn't even bother to explain what the hell is wrong with plague in detail. He just gave Uther vague and quick explanation and ordered him to murder shit tones of people and acted like he betrayed him when he refused. Jaina although having better knowledge of what the hell is going on with plague was shocked by the way Arthas acted and how it additionally painted the picture of him murdering people and so she left with Uther. I'm pretty sure that if Arthas took it easy then both Uther and Jaina would comply with his plan but oh well.

He did actually explicitly tell Uther that the plague made people become undead and that they only had a short time left, it was only when he stated his solution to this that he fell out with Uther who wanted to wait and look for another solution.

Jaina similarly so.

He then tried to strongarm Uther into it with his royal privilege which completely backfired and was stupid but i cant exactly blame him for being stressed at that point.

However i suppose it was perfectly aligned with Uther´s character to do as he did as a literal Paladin and paragon of good, he could just not accept any kind of "preemptive attack" solution when he´d have to cut down people he´d rather cure.

Jaina similarly did not want to kill people before they turned either, so Arthas was the only one who determined that letting the entire population turn undead and stack up before spreading into the surroundings would be much worse than killing his own people who were about to turn.

Well having just checked it to be sure i think they were all wrong on one point, Arthas should explicitly have stated that the undead were actually rising as they spoke inside the city and Uther&Jaina should have asked about the time.

Still think that Arthas was the most right in that entire mess though, hotheaded and not entirely clear but right.

Jaina who was supposed to be the smartest and most knowledgeable actually wanted to suggest sitting there and watching undead calamity take place? Way to go girl.

Uther who was supposed to be the most mature, experienced and responsible? Forgot to actually ask the most important question of time and wanted to take his time to look for another way even if it meant letting everything living nearby die once the undead got loose? This is the same kind of stupid that saw Tirion Fordring charge solo against gul´dan and a army of demons >.<

One can also wish that one of the royal teachers would have had the foresight to tell Arthas that "if a Demon/enemy starts to mock you as a coward or telling you that you are a chicken if you dont go to face him in the gods forsaken middle of nowhere then he is probably baiting you" then maybe things would have gone a bit better.

But i suppose that would not have made for a very good game x)

You're either fully committed to working with your team and throwing yourself at their feet, or you fall into the slot of "I decide who lives and dies, and y'all are fkn idiots so die already!"

These will change intermittedly but most people who play other roles or have played for awhile usually sit in the 2nd slot.

Can confirm, used to be a karma 1-trick but now I just want to play Xerath supp and skill shit while getting aroused by my adc begging me to leave him some kills :)
