It'd take a miracle for me to make it by then, and I'm pretty depressed about not getting the Graves skin. I know nobody cares or even really knows who I am, but I'm gonna take a break from League after this assuming the likelihood I don't get Gold V. Here's hoping anyway, hope against hope i make it. It sounds dumb, but I made it a personal goal to reach Gold V before the season ends and I don't usually motivate myself to do anything, so this is a big deal to me as sad as it sounds.

Who knows, there's a miniscule chance the game is deciding to put you in Gold V. People have skipped tiers before. It's extremely rare as usually the system gradually catches you up, but you never know.

Don't worry OP.

Its literally mathematically impossible for you to get a gold border if these are your current silver 1 promos right now and you have a less than 8 win streak before the series.

Just focus on the series. Book that win.

I failed 5 Silver 1 promos. I deranked 3 times (once to Silver 3).

I ranked into Gold5 Saturday (my last day due to travels all week).

It did not feel as good as I hoped. It was honestly a letdown, so don't be too sad. I was also wanting the free champ/skin. I am glad I got it, but I wasn't happy at the time.
