I might have messed up when using Riot support direct chat. Please help

Hello, I'll keep this post brief.

I was going to send a ticket to riot to ask for a bit of RP to purchase the Worlds pass, and I found out that Riot release an instant messaging platform for Riot support. I used it, got a quick and positive answer, and I gave the guy a thumbs up. HOWEVER:

I saw him write something about opening the options before closing the chat so that he could contact me tomorrow for the RP, and I accidentally minimized the chat, and it's completely disappeared. I really hope I havent messed up here, as I need to contact the same person tomorrow. Is there a way to get back to the conversation? Thank you
