Honestly a lot of assassins and bruisers are very snowball-y. Yasuo, Leblanc, Master Yi, Jax, Fiora, Darius, etc. Draven is can also snowball really hard thanks to his passive. I main Ekko and has found that he snowballs hard too, especially if you know the mechanics
