Automated Emails INCREDIBLY Delayed

I've been trying to get my account recovered for hours now. Yesterday it took at least 4 hours for a single email telling me which username was associated with my email to get to me. Then today somehow I've yet again been locked out of my account in the client again, having to request yet another password reset and now I'm still waiting 3 hours later for a single email. Is this system super slow for anyone else?

Side note: "stay logged in" does not work at all, I'm logged out daily.
