Thoughts & Suggestions (Probably Bad)
The "Rise of the Elements" edition of TFT is really invigorating, it was getting a little stale with the previous setup after playing round after round. That said...

I dislike the idea of being forced to take a combined item - especially one I really don't have a significant use for. Getting the Inferno class item is real useful when I'm Predator/Woodland/Poison. Why not give champions in the carousel and monsters with those items the INGREDIENTS for those items instead? Dragon (and other monsters) would drop the two items for the combined item it wields during the fight - champions in the carousel could do the same or just have both items on the champion and not automatically combine when you retrieve it. It would be a little complicated when you acquire a champion and that would combine with other copies you already own to make a new level. Then again, why not just allow us to break down items on your bench?

Bloodthirster was pretty good in the previous iteration of TFT, now it seems sorely lacking and doesn't heal enough on anyone to be more useful than another attack speed item or defensive item.

Leblanc occasionally determines she is not an Assassin and instead just a Mage. She just spawns like any other champion would, doesn't stealth and sits there.
-
Vladimir occasionally determines he is silenced when disarmed. My 3 star Vladimir with full items lost to a 1 star Vayne in overtime because she kept disarming him. Maybe Vlad can't cast without arms (I am so sorry)?

Taliyah causes more headaches than anything when she tosses champs in a direction, everyone on my team that was attacking her target needs to run 10 miles to attack them again and ignore everyone else along the way.

Lux seems lacking. Her Avatar origin/class is awesome (A+ for Riot on that idea) but she feels a little weak. Maybe its because I've never itemized her heavily (or much at all seeing as you get her so late in the game you can't break down your carries) but for the most expensive champion in the game she just seems underwhelming on the damage side of things. Most of the time, I'd rather just have other synergies than try to max one out with her. Perhaps she's best in a class like Inferno where it requires a lot of champions to get, but even then when are you going to get the Inferno Lux you need to finish Inferno 9?

I personally think Warden is a little underwhelming. They're meant to be big and beefy and be countered heavily by magic damage or Desert champions and I get that... but you could have any front-line and they'll do just as well as Wardens because they get annihilated by any source of magic damage. Taric makes the class amazing, and perhaps that's the intended point, but without him they're just the same as having other melee champions up front. And really its just because Taric is amazing by himself.

Mountain Class also maybe needs a little help. The shield is really nice, but its on one person and half the time it never goes on someone I could actually use that shield on. For instance, Twitch doesn't need a 1500 health shield when he's in no danger at all. It literally wastes the passive entirely. Maybe adding the shield to the first champion damaged would fix this? Or perhaps the first champion that would otherwise die, gains a shield? Then it actually becomes very useful.

Repeating Crossbow is broken as $*#@ with Summoners.

I'd love to see some variety on the map when it comes to the elemental tiles. Why not have more in the game and have different ones as opposed to 2 of the same elemental tile? Adding one elemental tile per stage series wouldn't hurt IMO.

I'd also love to see a progressive PvE TFT mode. Just me and my ridiculously overpowered army of 20 champs going against 5 dragons and 20 super minions.
