voice chat volume

Every time I go into league voice chat, everyone is set to 75 and I have to turn each one down cus its too loud. Is there a setting to permanently keep their volume lower without having to change it every time i join a party.

Yep... I really want that too.

Some new guy joins the voice chat, and starts YELLING. He doesnt yell literally, but more like his microphone is loud.
