Do we know if preseason is gonna come in a couple of hours or in the late morning?
Id like to know when so I can have everything ready for the crashes and update issues to come with this big patch

Scheduled for 3:00 am Pacific time for NA servers. So in about 6 hours from now. Though the exact time may vary slightly as this is a rather large patch.
From the Service Status Page accessible in client and the header of the boards:
On 11/08/17, starting at, 00:00 Pacific Time (08:00 UTC), ranked queues will be disabled in preparation for patch 7.22. At 03:00 Pacific time (11:00 UTC), the servers will be shut down and all games currently in progress will end in a draw and stats will not be recorded. We estimate the battlegrounds will be unavailable for 5 hours.
Ranked gets fully disabled at midnight pacific time (3 AM Eastern), games which are in the loading screen by midnight count for this season (finish those promos!) and normal queues will stay enabled. At 3 AM Pacific time (6 AM Eastern time) all games instantly end and the service will be unavailable until around 8 AM Pacific time (11 AM Eastern time).
