Never seen this popup

I didn't know what was going on and I quickly checked if I have a leavebuster. Thankfully I didn't got a leavebuster and played another game and after that game I looked at popup menu (forgot that there is something like this) and I saw this popup that I couldn't read before because it flashed for a sec or 2. And for the first time I see a popup like this about leavebuster, well mine leavebuster but anyway have you guys seen this popup before?
