Rakan secretly have 2 charges of ult

Every time when I play as Rakan, when I can use my ult 2nd time it says that I have 2/2 charges.

Surprised someone else found this bug. It really annoys me that when I'm in a game with someone who doesn't know it's a bug, I ping my ult when heading towards a teamfight, and then they think I can use it twice and ask me why I didn't just do it twice after I used it.
I've had it happen where his ult DID have 2 charged, it instantly refreshed and was up again.
