i can't access my personal information

i keep trying to access the links that are to see how much money i've spent and every time i get redirected to the submit a ticket section. i logged in and tried going to my profile but it only showed the email and password. if anyone knows if there is like a new way to check can you please let me know, i just want to know how much money i've spent.

I think they did change it, and you'll have to create a ticket to find it out now.
