With the recent anniversary gifts getting people to talk about characters with legendary skins (or lack thereof) I wanted to bring attention to the champions who have no epic or higher quality skins.

zil is getting a skin, voli is getting reworked huekaiser should get a skin next year since he just got reworked, the rest, good point (besides kalista who is basically not a champ anymore which is why she prob wont get a skin until another revamp...or unless rito wants to pul a hail mary lie they did with that random udyr skin)

Hey Kindred has been out for a while and was even played in Worlds Finals i think Last year or the year before but he only has his base and the bonus skin on release. If anything they need to look towards Kindred. They also need to stop releasing skins for champs like Lux, Ezreal Ashe and Kayle etc.
While Riot are at it, they can give Quinn and Valor a proper kit that actually reflects their thematic values, and makes Valor more than a glorified taxi, and get around to changing the name to what it was originally meant to be.
I know I speak for a few people when I say Ivern needs a skin
