I have been a Soraka main since the beginning of creating my account (I know I know, I am a scumbag, I have been told plenty of times.) but none the less I got a deal that I was truly happy with, Star Guardian Soraka was in my shop for 50% off.

Although I am happy to see that the shop is 50% off for SG raka, I am disapointed as I only have five dollars to spend currently. 5 dollars worth of RP is 650RP, SG soraka for half off? 675RP [sg-soraka]

Just buy 5$ RP and send in a support ticket asking for 25 rp

To add to what the Nidja said, they particularly like it if you include your best attempt at fan art. Seeing that you know how to open MS Paint, click-and-drag, and upload a picture, you're already 99% of the way there. They'll literally accept a stick figure with a stick coming out of it's head if you tell them it's Soraka, and probably give you the 25 RP for that. (Going into more detail wouldn't hurt though).
