Flex Queue is literally just solo Q thats pure RNG
I have yet to see a single group of people, I've only seen solo Q players. And then each game has ranks from silver to plat.

it's just norms with an LP gambling feature. The matchmaking is just as horrendous
it's less tryhard than 5 man premade normals(which honestly can be more tryhard than solo queue most of the time) but slightly better than going in solo into norms... it's basically just something to do when you don't want to fuck up your solo queue rank lol
