Olaf rework idea
Proposed change for olaf. Currently I think olaf is in a really good state. For some reason however people want a rework so here you guys go. #1 Make a thor olaf skin he needs one. #2 Make his passive more interactive proposed change when olaf falls below certain degrees of hp he gets bonuses. Like 100 percent no bonus, 75 percent he gains attack speed, 50 percent he gains armor and magic resist, 25 percent he gains lifesteal. #3 Olafs axe is fine undertow is easy to hit dont change this ability. However giving it this change Olaf gains move speed towards thrown axes during ragnorok seems pretty good. #4 Olaf mains be like his w doesnt synergize well with the rest of his kit. However I disagree more attack speed and more lifesteal are always welcome. However give under the effects of ragnorok olaf is immune to grevious wounds. #5 Olafs slam machine. Olafs E is very strong it however has short range regardless it destroys melees. For this ability the health cost needs to stay because otherwise this ability has no drawbacks and it deals way to much damage. Proposed changes under the effects of ragnorok give the e double its cast range and make it stun the target for 1 second. Otherwise the ability remains the same. #6 Olafs ultimate. Heres the fun part no one likes to play against this 6 second immunity to all cc. However its also a key definition of him. If ragnorok gets this immunity to cc removed, olaf like always gets kited and destroyed. So were going to give ragnorok 6/7/- seconds of immunity to cc. Heres the fun part were going to make ragnorok a teamwide buff. The first phase of ragnorok is when its first ranked up it grants 6 seconds of immunity to cc and it also grants olaf his ragnorok passives. The second phase of ragnorok at level eleven ragnorok gains bonus attack damage and armor and magic resist by ulting and a extra second. Olafs final stage is where it becomes a teamwide buff. Olaf permantly has ragnorok active however activating the ability gives olafs team either the buff for glory or last stand. For glory everyone gets a mini ragnorok okay this is really problematic if some hypercarry or tank got some dumb immunity to cc and trains everyone so for glory is a agies effect nearby teammates get bonus armor and magic resist. Last stand is the mini ragnorok part lose the agies effect and everyone gains a flat boost of attack damage, movement speed, and tenacity based on missing hp. Now you might be thinking wait sivir? Well no firstly ragnoroks last active is only at level 16. Second Olafs ragnorok ultimates attack damage boost will be gated by missing hp of teammates so everyone will get a seperate bonus. Alright this was just a change for fun, might make olaf broken so we might as well just leave the current olaf as it is.
