I can't make sense to WHY this has even been deleted. How and in what world and bubble does that made someone "hurt feels"? Is this a communism board?

It says it right in the message. "Don't be a jerk" refers to things like what you said, you're not being constructive, what you say doesn't help the person who I assume has been permabanned (based on context from the message) and doesn't facilitate discussion. You're essentially just saying "No lol you're toxic sucks bye"
If you don't have anything nice to say, just keep it to yourself.
First off, this isn't really the best spot to discuss Board violations since we do have a dedicated sub-board for that, Discuss the Boards, and the Moderation Discord. In the future, to get a quicker response, you can try either of those.
I've taken a quick look into that post for you. You were banned for multiple harassing comments towards others and generally being insulting and inflammatory. Anything that is said with the purpose (intentional or unintentional) of raising a negative response from another is inflammatory and doesn't promote good discussions on the Boards. In general, you had removals and the ban because of multiple violations of the rules.
Regarding your specific example, the thread you posted on was posted by a player that was frustrated on how difficult it was to stay reformed (avoid toxicity) when there was so much in the game. Instead of providing feedback or support, you simply accused him of not being reformed and told him to go back to hatin'. This is inflammatory as the only type of response that is expected towards it is a negative one. No good conversation or debate can come from that except "no I'm not", "yes you are!" and so on. Especially on the Player Behavior sub-board, we are cracking down harder on comments that harass or inflame people.
In addition, you then asked for people to "copystrike" the OP. While I can't figure out exactly what you were meaning from that, it definitely was said in a way that can be read as harassment which is also not permitted on the Boards. Even if that was not your intention, we generally moderate based on what people will read and if the general way of reading it is negative, then it violates the rules.
Overall, I would recommend you take some time to review your behavior. Before you post, even if someone else is being toxic or rude, just think "What will posting this actually accomplish?". If it's nothing positive, then don't post it. As has already been said to you on this thread, ignore and report people that violate the rules and don't stoop to their level. If someone is being a jerk, don't be a jerk back. I know it's not always easy, but it is the best thing to do and the more people that do it, the better the Boards will be.
