Come on Riot, I've been waiting since the bloody pre-release video to buy this skin, and now that 9.4 is upon us (a day late, I might add, because riot for some reason cant prepare themselves for a national holiday) I can't even buy it. Seriously what's up with this bullshit and when is it going to be available.

9.4 Should be available in about an hour, unless they're not releasing the skins immediately with the patch, the skin section of the patch notes always says "Upcoming skins and chromas", many times it'll take more time before they chose to drop the skin. Hope that helps. I'm also excited for the Anivia skin even tho I barley play her lol

they rarely release skins right off the bat with a patch, often they wait a few days to a week tops (unless skin bugs)
